Thompson Telephone is a full service Voice and Data Communications Company located in Doylestown, PA. We have offered a wide range of telephone and data service products throughout the Philadelphia Metropolitan, Lehigh Valley, and New Jersey areas since our formation in 1982.

We are authorized distributors of COMDIAL and ESI telephone systems and KEY VOICE TECHNOLOGIES voice processing systems. We have been selling, servicing and installing advanced technology communication products for the past 20 years. These systems help us to bring integrated voice and data communications solutions to our customers.

We are partners with CISCO, HEWLETT PACKARD, 3COM, and many other product manufacturers. We handle data products such as Server’s, PC’s, Routers, Switches, Hubs, and Modems. Our network cabling department designs and installs data networks using the latest cable technologies including application software packages for intelligent call processing both in-bound and outbound, high speed internet access, wan connectivity for both voice, data, video, and many other applications.

Another significant portion of our business is our TELEPHONE NETWORK ANALYSIS and CONSULTING SERVICES. Our analysis is rendered to review the type of services provided to you by Verizon, Local Exchange, and your Long Distance Carriers.
